About Lisa
I’m Lisa Lange, a qualified physiotherapist and yoga teacher. Movement is part of both my professional and personal life.

I qualified as a physiotherapist in Germany in 2006. Since then, I have worked in various therapeutic settings in Germany and Switzerland.
In 2015, a sabbatical took me to Costa Rica, where I completed my Vinyasa yoga training with Banyan Gallagher. Since then, I have continued to develop my practice and knowledge of different yoga styles, personal yoga and yoga therapy.
Yoga, hiking, surfing and spending time outdoors are also important parts of my personal life.
My philosophy
I want to understand what matters to you before we decide how to practise.
We talk about your goals, experiences and symptoms. My physiotherapy perspective helps us understand movement and find possibilities.
There is no single posture that suits everyone. We adapt the practice to your needs and adjust it whenever necessary.
I want you to understand your possibilities and feel more confident practising independently.
My background
My physiotherapy training includes manual therapy according to Maitland, trigger point therapy, manual lymph drainage and compression therapy.
My own experience of breast cancer informs my understanding of physical changes. It complements my professional perspective without assuming what your individual experience is like.
My yoga training
My yoga practice has developed over many years. Training, workshops and therapeutic learning shape my teaching.
